Why your "break" time may be working against you

We're glad to see companies continually focused on employee #wellness while #workingfromhome. #Breaks are a proven way to prevent #burnout, as mentioned in this Chicago Ventures article, but we'd like to emphasize that breaks are only effective if they are:

1. INTENTIONAL - #decide how and when

2. DISTINCT - #checkout of work tasks completely

3. PLEASURABLE - make sure it brings you #joy!
