Work should be flexible, too

Companies must give working parents, especially #workingmoms, the flexibility necessary to ensure the pandemic doesn't erode economic progress for working women. The pandemic has taken a toll on all of us, requiring greater flexibility than ever before. Work must catch up.


Promoting #wellbeing and preventing #burnout for working parents requires:

1. Flexible work hours and family leave

2. Respect for time dedicated to #breaks and #selfcare

3. Adjustments to performance evaluations that reflect the reality of the social and economic environment
