US workers are spending 32 minutes more at work now than prior to the start of the pandemic, with less break time in between.
This has been a long [spring/summer/fall/???] and remote work is here to stay for many of us.
Leaders can do a few things now to prevent #burnout and support employee #wellbeing.
1 - Devote a portion of 1-on-1 meetings to checking in on their team members’ well-being
2 - Encourage team members to set reminders on their calendars for when it’s time to take a break or stop work for the day
3 - Mute notifications on their phones after hours and take time off to recharge
